I am really so embarrased that I haven't posted to this blog since 2009!!! My life has been very busy (as I know all of yours have been too!) and hasn't left me much time for altered art, but I have made quite a bit of jewelry. I will post some pictures of the pieces soon. I do have some exciting news though about an altered art piece (the one pictured on the left) that I made back in 2008! My buddy Barb put together an amazing 4x4 collaborative book with pieces made by many different artists for a call for Black & White entries in one of the Stampington publications and they will be publishing some of the pieces from the book in the Summer 2010 Somerset Studio Gallery!!! It was quite a surprise when we heard the news since the book was sent in 2008 and we hadn't heard anything about it since then. That's it for now and I promise to be on here again SOON!!! Hope I still have some readers :)

This is some yummy Halloween Marshmallow Popcorn that I made. I want to share the recipe, but am having issues trying to copy and paste the link. Please leave your e-mail address if you'd like me to send you the recipe!

Been sick lately and sometimes I get very bored lying around, so I got out the beads and made these two necklaces. Most of the beads on these two necklaces are from an awesome bead store in Surprise, AZ called Confetti Beads. If you are ever in the area and love beads, you must check them out! Hope you are all enjoying your autumn so far :)
